How to Make Payment
Top Asia Tour can accept three methods of payment. Details are as below,
Paypal
We could accept credit cards to secure online payment via Paypal. When you accept our tour proposal, our travel consultant will send you the payment condition to you. If you decide to pay through Paypal, the Top Asia Tour travel consultant will send you an invoice through our Paypal account. Check the payment item and amount.
Then you will see a "View and Pay Invoice" bottom. Just click the bottom and go to the secure Paypal website to make the payment. You can choose to pay by your credit card if you are not a member of Paypal. If you are a Paypal member, it is easy to follow the link to pay by your Paypal account.
The member of Paypal can log in to your own account and pay to our account directly.
Note:
1. If either PayPal or Top Asia Tour has reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and require another method of payment.
2. A surcharge of 3% will be applied to payment by PayPal
Wire Transfer
When accepting our proposal and deciding to pay this way, you will receive an invoice with our bank information, which is requested when you do the transaction in your bank. After you pay via wire transfer, you are requested to send a copy of the bank receipt so that our travel consultant goes to check the receipt of your payment. Once the payment is received, we will send you the booking confirmation letter.

Credit Card
We accept credit card (Visa or Master Card, American Express, Diners Club Card, Discover) by fax. When you confirm our proposal with quotation and hope to pay through credit card by pax, we will attach a "Credit Card Authorization Form" with the email for you to fill. Please open the attached file and fill out the required form, then fax it to us or send the scanned copies to us by email, with a copy of your credit card.
If you choose to pay through credit card by fax, it will cause an extra handling fee (3% of the total amount), which we will show on the invoice we sent to you.
